Martina (Tina) Ellmann began her legal career in 1999 when she served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Brian D. Boatright in the 1st Judicial District, Jefferson County, Golden, Colorado. In 2001, Tina became Assistant Regional Counsel for the Social Security Administration in Denver, Colorado. After gaining experience handling Social Security issues, Tina left the Social Security Administration in 2002, and went to work at the Law Offices of Jennifer S. Gormley. That is where Tina began to handle estate planning and elder law cases including probate issues. In 2004, Tina left that firm and scaled back her practice of law to focus on raising her two beautiful daughters. She has worked as an attorney on a part-time basis since that time and is also a contract prosecutor for the City of Englewood Municipal Courts. Tina’s focus is on family law and child custody and adoption, which are issues that are very important to her personally. Tina purposefully maintains a reduced case load and provides caring and compassionate representation for all of her clients.
