If even one life is saved due to someone taking a taxi or a service like Uber, it is a great night.  The kiosk mentioned in the article with a breathalyzer should not just be a gimmick, it should be something that all bars contribute funds to install to limit their “dram shop” liability for over-serving patrons.  When inhibitions and decision-making are compromised due to intoxication, a reminder like the kiosk might be the difference between “I better be safe and get a ride” and “I’m fine and it’s only a few blocks.
